Fifth take on sixth in the clash at Pontypool Park with the game streamed live on S4C’s website from 2.25pm.
Highlights of the game can then be seen on the Welsh channel at 11.10pm.
Gower College pushed league leaders Llandovery close two weeks ago before falling away in the second half and they will be hoping to produce a complete performance as they seek an away win. Liam Popham will once again be a key figure for the visitors as he looks to orchestrate his backs outside him. He partners Tom Maggs at halfback with the likes of Tom Dew, Ryan Jones and Sam Evans looking to cause trouble outside them.
Coleg Gwent will no doubt be a tough nut to crack though, especially up front and Gower will be looking to their front row to give them a platform. With this in mind, Harrison Walsh, Neil Elworthy and Chris Forshaw will all have a key role to play.
There are only two other games taking place on Wednesday as Llandovery College and Coleg Sir Gar were in action on Monday night. The home side came out on top once again, this time 20-13, though they were indebted to the boot of centre and vice-captain Owen Howe for sealing the win.
Howe went over for one try himself and added 10 points from the tee as his side outscored Sir Gar by two tries to one.
The remaining games taking place today see Neath Port Talbot visit Bridgend College while Morgannwg host Coleg Sir Benfro.
