Blues full back Dan Fish scored a hat-trick of tries to steer Cardiff to a 29-17 win over Aberavon in the Principality Premiership.

Back row Luke Hamilton made it a bonus point win for the visitors as he crashed over for a fourth try. But even though the Blue and Blacks were well in control of the game, leading 17-3 at the break, the conceded two second half tries when they were reduced to 13 men.
Outside Ceiron Thomas and Jonathan Edwards both saw yellow within the space of a minute and that allowed the Wizards to hit back with tries from Aaron Jones and John Phillips.
Llanelli and Bridgend certainly provided value for money for the fans at Parc y Scarlets in a game of 13 tries and 82 points. In the end the home side came out on top 46-36.
Bridgend went away with a try bonus point after running in six tries, two of which came from Ospreys full back Ross Jones, but Llanelli had wrapped up their bonus point by the break.
Wing Josh Adams, hooker Kirby Myhill, outside half Josh Lewis and a penalty try gave them a 26-14 interval lead.
In the second half there were three more tries from the centre pair of Kyle Evans and Steffan Evans (2) and Lewis ended with 13 points with four conversions to go with his try.
IRB World Junior Player of the Year Sam Davies kicked three second half penalties and a conversion for Swansea to give them a 16-13 second half lead over Carmarthen Quins at St Helens, but it wasn’t enough to see the All Whites home.
The Quins conjured up two second half tries after leading 6-0 at the break.
Centre Dylan Morgan got the first and then Wales’ sevens expert Lee Williams crossed for the match winner.
Bedwas got back to winning ways after their heavy home defeat to Cardiff last weekend as they beat Neath 37-26 at the Gnoll.
Richard Powell was the hero as he kicked six penalties and converted two of his side’s three tries for a match tally of 22 points.
Richard Wilkes, Steve Cullen and Luc Jones crossed for first half tries for the visitors while Ashley Evans and Ceri Young scored a try in each half for Neath.
There was also 16 points from the boot of Dai Langdon.
Cross Keys picked up a bonus point in beating Llandovery 29-13, while league leaders Pontypridd host Newport in the S4C live match on Sunday.
