In the second half there were three more tries from the centre pair of Kyle Evans and Steffan Evans (2) and Lewis ended with 13 points with four conversions to go with his try.
IRB World Junior Player of the Year Sam Davies kicked three second half penalties and a conversion for Swansea to give them a 16-13 second half lead over Carmarthen Quins at St Helens, but it wasn’t enough to see the All Whites home.
The Quins conjured up two second half tries after leading 6-0 at the break.
Centre Dylan Morgan got the first and then Wales’ sevens expert Lee Williams crossed for the match winner.
Bedwas got back to winning ways after their heavy home defeat to Cardiff last weekend as they beat Neath 37-26 at the Gnoll.
Richard Powell was the hero as he kicked six penalties and converted two of his side’s three tries for a match tally of 22 points.
Richard Wilkes, Steve Cullen and Luc Jones crossed for first half tries for the visitors while Ashley Evans and Ceri Young scored a try in each half for Neath.
There was also 16 points from the boot of Dai Langdon.
Cross Keys picked up a bonus point in beating Llandovery 29-13, while league leaders Pontypridd host Newport in the S4C live match on Sunday.
