As a Team Manager you will act as a point of contact, ensuring effective communication between guardians, volunteers and the club. Assists in the compliance and logistics of a team and it’s general administration
RECRUITMENT VOLUNTEER

As a recruitment volunteer you will help plan and deliver ideas to recruit and retain players and volunteers for the Mini & Junior section.
COACHES
Whitchurch RFC are currently promoting and developing ALL age groups in our Mini & Junior section and are looking for men and women with experience in coaching or willing to learn new skills to join our team of volunteers
As a Coach you will deliver weekly training sessions, managing players at weekend matches providing logistical support and referee cover when necessary (if applicable) with an overall responsibility for ensuring the safety and welfare of all players.
FUNDING VOLUNTEER
Whitchurch RFC are currently promoting and developing ALL age groups in our Mini & Junior section and are looking for men and women with experience in funding or willing to learn new skills to join our team of volunteers
As a Funding Volunteering you will be responsible for helping to identify funding/sponsorship opportunities and facilitate applications for the Mini & Junior section and club development.
PRESS VOLUNTEER/PHOTOGRAPHER
Whitchurch RFC are currently promoting and developing ALL age groups in our Mini & Junior section and are looking for men and women with experience in journalism, photography, writing or willing to learn new skills to join our team of volunteers
The Public Relations Volunteer will be responsible for planning and implementing ideas to present a positive image of the rugby club. Help raise the profile of all sections, promoting awareness of our activities, liaising with local newspapers, publications and social media to promote a positive image to the local community and beyond
GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Whitchurch RFC are currently promoting and developing ALL age groups in our Mini & Junior section and are looking for men and women with experience in graphic design to join our team of volunteers
As a Graphic Design volunteer you will be responsible for helping promote corporate style branding & marketing of the club. This will include the design of a series of flyers, posters, banners and admin documents for print or social media.
EVENTS COORDINATOR
Whitchurch RFC are currently promoting and developing ALL age groups in our Mini & Junior section and are looking for men and women with experience in events management or willing to learn new skills to join our team of volunteers
As an events coordinator you will help plan, organise and deliver an annual calendar for the Mini & Junior section of social events, field trips, team building and club open day.
