However, the eagerly anticipated fixture between fourth placed Trebanos and second place Ammanford was called off due to a waterlogged pitch. Tondu remain at the bottom of the division after they fell 22-8 to Kenfig Hill, who secured their fourth win of the season.
Maesteg toppled Maesteg Quins 24-11 in a fierce local derby to close the gap on their local rivals, who now sit seventh place in the league.
Ystalyfera lost a tight game to mid table challengers Seven Sisters 10-11. Seven Sisters now have seven wins in twelve and move above Trebanos into fourth placed, though Trebanos have three games in hand following their Boxing Day cancellation.
No games were scheduled for Division One North, with the majority of teams now turning their attention to next week’s fixtures on the 2nd January and there was also no Boxing Day action in Division One West or One East Central.
