Caerphilly Youth qualify as the winners of the Dragons Regional League and Nantyffyllon qualify as the winners of the Ospreys Region.
In last week’s semi-finals Caerphilly Youth beat Crymych Youth and Nantyffyllon Youth defeated Pontypridd Youth.
The two finalists have risen from a competition that this season has involved more than 160 Youth teams and where tonight’s opponents compete for the title of National Youth Champions of Wales.
Entry is free and refreshments will be available from Penallta RFC.
