Tomorrow is the third match day of the week long celebration of rugby built on fun, friendship and fraternity.
The WRU side will play two games, with the first one kicking off at 1pm before the survivors will play in the second game at 4pm.
The festival has already seen the Guinness World Record Scrum smashed after 1,297 players took part at the University Fields in the Llanrumney area of Cardiff.
The previous record of 1,198 was set at Twickenham during the Rugby World Cup.
WRU National Women’s rugby manager Caroline Spanton is also among the starters with the remaining squad made of staff members from all departments at the WRU.
The first Golden Oldies World Rugby Festival was held in Auckland in 1979. Held roughly every two years since then in rugby destinations around the world, the Golden Oldies Rugby movement is for all Vets rugby teams, Presidents grade rugby sides, Old Boys rugby teams, Masters rugby teams, Golden Oldies rugby teams and groups of mates who want to be involved in the World’s premier over-35s rugby event!
