The second round of the tournament involving the Premiership clubs sees Cross Keys make their entry into Pool 1 with the short trip down the Gwent valley. Greg Woods side will be hoping to get back to winning ways having lost their last two games in the Premiership at Llandovery and Carmarthen Quins.

Reigning champions Pontypridd head to Merthyr where they will have revenge on their minds having been beaten at home in the Premiership by the Ironmen 39-21 at the end of September. Ponty opened their Foster’s defence with a 31-17 win at Ebbw Vale in the first round, while Merthyr opened with a 38-7 triumph at Baroged.

There will be a classic Welsh derby match in the Ospreys region for fans to savour when Aberavon host Neath at the Talbot Athletic Ground. Pool 4 also sees Bridgend host Cardiff.

Further west, Carmarthen Quins welcome Swansea and Llandovery entertain Llanelli.
