Below are the results of the WRU Disciplinary Panel meeting held on 20 October 2016

Llanharan 2nd RFC v Aberavon Quins 2nd RFC – Jordan Glasby (17-Sep-16) – Law 10.4.A  
Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean record). Jordan Glasby may resume playing on 18 November 2016.

Mid Range (MR).  Five (5) week suspension (initially 7 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s immediate apology to the referee after the game and clean disciplinary record).  Jake Price may resume playing on 25 November 2016.
 
Llanrumney RFV v Tongwynlais RFC – Liam Maule (1 Oct-16) – Law 10.4.A              
Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean record).  Liam Maule may resume playing on 18 November 2016.

Mid Range (MR).  Six (6) week suspension (initially 7 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Ricky Edwards may resume playing on 2 December 2016.
 
Skewen RFC v Narberth RFC – Andrew Collins (8-Oct-16)- Law 10.4.S/M  
Lower End (LE).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 6 weeks but 3 week deduction for the player’s clean record, remorse and immediate apology to the referee after the game).  Andrew Collins may resume playing on 11 November 2016.
               
Bro Ffestiniog RFC v Colwyn Bay RFC       John Astbury     17-Sep-16            Law 10.4.J (Later amended to Law 10.4.E)               
The Panel felt the sending off was sufficient and determined to take no further action.  The red card will remain on the player’s record. John Astbury may continue playing the game.    
 
 
Ferndale RFC v Whitchurch RFC – Marc Evans (1-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.A      
Lower End (LE).  One (1) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Marc Evans may resume playing on 28 October 2016.
 
Risca 2nd RFC v St Joseph 2nd RFC – Daniel Dark (17-Sep-16) – Law 10.4.A              
Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 weeks deduction given the player’s playing experience/age and clean disciplinary record). Daniel Dark may resume playing on 11 November 2016.

Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 weeks deduction given the player’s playing experience/age and clean disciplinary record). Jordan Tipples may resume playing on 11 November 2016.
 
Haverfordwest RFC v Hendy RFC – Jonathan Mason (1-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.B          
Top End (TE).  Seven (7) weeks (initially 9 weeks but 2 weeks deducted for the player’s clean record and apology).  Jonathan Mason may resume playing on 9 December 2016.

Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean record).  Liam Brown may resume playing on 18 November 2016.

Mid Range (MR).  Six (6) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but aggravated by 1 week for the player’s previous disciplinary record/offending).  Benjamin Batcup may resume playing on 2 December 2016.

Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s apology and clean record).  Rhodri Hughes may resume playing on 11 November 2016. 
 
Haverfordwest RFC v Hendy RFCJack Murray (1-Oct-16) – Law 10.4.A   
Mid Range.  Six (6) week suspension (initially 5 weeks aggravated by two weeks as the player was recently red carded for the same offence in April 2016 but 1 week was then deducted for the player’s letter of apology).  Jack Murray may resume playing on 2 December 2016.
