The 21 year-old was a 74th minute replacement for Tomos Francis against Australia last weekend and is hoping to get more than six minutes against the Six Nations hopefuls.
“Every boy who starts playing rugby wants to play for Wales, so I was really happy to be able to do that,” said Brown.
“This time last year I hadn’t even played for the Dragons. The games I’ve had for the Dragons this year have been completely unexpected and obviously the call (for Wales) was, again, unexpected and then to play, it has all come quickly.
“Every time we train I’ll put my hand up and if more game time does come on Saturday, I’ll just take it in my stride.
“As soon as I was on I wanted more of it so if it does come, then great. If it doesn’t, it’s something I’ll keep working for. I was really nervous on Friday night, I didn’t sleep much.
“When you’re on the bench you know you can come on at any time so you’ve got to keep yourself ready.
“When I got the call it was probably the least nervous I’d been all day.”
Brown has singled out three experienced Wales internationals who have helped him settle into the international environment.
“Samson (Lee) has been good, Franny (Tomas Francis) has been good, they’ll take me aside and give me extra tips,” revealed Brown.
“Dan Lydiate as well, he’s been a help too. All around the squad there is massive experience and any one of the boys are happy to give you a bit of advice when you ask for it.
“It’s been amazing coming in and learning off the boys.”
If selected to win his second cap this weekend, it will not be the first time the Dragons star has played against the Georgians, with the former St Joseph’s High School pupil having faced them in the Junior World Championship in 2015.
“I played against them in the Junior World Cup two years ago and that was probably the toughest contest I’ve had,” said Brown.
“In the LV Cup last year I played against the Georgian loosehead who played for Worcester and I actually played against (Mikheil) Nariashvili in pre-season.
“They are big, strong men and love a tussle up front, but we’ll train hard this week and take it to them.”
