After successful trials in the Scarlets and North Wales last season, the second half of the season will be devoted to regional competitions in all regions.
Pontypridd were crowned Principality National Youth Champions last season, comfortably beating Bridgend Athletic in the National playoff final. They will compete in the Cardiff Blues Premiership Division and begin away at Penarth who are entering the top competition for the first time after winning the BE Division last season.
Nant Conwy, who were North Wales’ representative in the National Youth play-offs, begin away at Bangor, while last season’s Plate and Bowl winners Tondu and Ystrad Rhondda play Bridgend Athletic at home in Ospreys East and Ynysybwl away in the Cardiff Blues Championship North respectively.

The Principality National Youth Leagues kick off around Wales this weekend and will continue throughout the first half of the season.
