Restart a Heart Day is a designated yearly day of action with the aim to teach vital life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills and Defibrillator training to as many people as possible.
On Monday October 15th at the Riverside Suite at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Welsh Hearts are offering the free training to as many people as can take part. Sports clubs, schools, communities and businesses are all invited for the vital training.
All you need to do is book a training slot via the website below detailing the size of your group and the time you want to come along.
Training can be booked anytime from 9am to 9pm
