The west Wales side are 10 out of 10 in Division 3 West B this season and have beaten Cardigan (29-8), Llanybydder (52-10) and Cwmgors (43-7) to date in their cup run.
Aberaeron, beaten only once this season in Division 3 West A, have already beaten Milford Haven (21-17), Lampeter Town (12-10) and Nant Conwy 2nd XV (30-6) in the Bowl. They are the only other west Wales club left in the tournament and they host Usk.
Dolgellau are flying the flag for north Wales and will entertain Bridgend Sports, while St Alban’s and Clwb Rygbi Cymry Caerdydd will flag the flag for the Cardiff sides.
The Buns warmed up for their home clash with Division 3 East A club Oakdale with a 33-25 home win over
Llantwit Fardre, while CRCC were pipped 15-14 by Penygraig in their league clash in Division 3 East Central A ahead of their home game with Tylorstown.
CRCC’s last win was in the last round of the Bowl, when they beat Ynysowen 22-8, and they will be dreaming of repeating their famous 2014 final win over Llantwit Major at the Principality Stadium.
Pentyrch will host Penygraig hoping to repeat the 20-8 home win they managed when the two teams met in Division 3 East Central A in September. Another team from the same league, Pontyclun, head to RTB Ebbw Vale.
