Fleet-footed Harri Evans (15) edged out his clubmate Thomas Hughes (14) with Aberavon winger Steff Andrews in third place with 13 line-breaks.
Cardiff may have finished the truncated season perched at the top of the points table but RGC, who were mid-table, finished the campaign having scored more points (409 compared to Cardiff’s 392) and more tries (53 compared to 50) than the Blue & Blacks.
Going into next season, the north Walians will identify defence as a key area to work on if they are to finish higher up the table.
Further down the rankings, Wizards Lloyd Evans represented the forwards union with a credible 10 line-breaks to finish ahead of Pontypridd’s Alex Webber (9), RGC’s Afon Bagshaw (8) and Newport’s Elliot Frewen, who of whom have represented Wales 7s in the past.
Ebbw Vale’s Daniel Hill was the only player to burst through the double century mark with carries. He trucked up the ball on a staggering 203 occasions to finish 11 carries ahead of Merthyr’s Phil Rees with Cardiff talisman Morgan Allen in third place with 178 carries.
Aberavon’s Ashton Evans made the top 10 rankings with 137 carries on the charge and actually boasted the best dominance percentage with 57% with Steelman Lewis Young possessing the next best percentage with 53% from his 141 carries.
