Having already beaten Scotland 40-19 at Glamorgan Wanderers last month, Lewis Burley’s team will tackle an Irish side that kicked-off the Four Nations tournament with an impressive 19-18 victory over England in Derby. England completed the Triple Crown in the tournament last season.
Geraint Llewellyn and Rhys Jones come off the bench to play at full back and centre respectively, while Liam Phillips and Mitch Jones come in on the wings. The only changes up front come in the front row with Jerome Bryan and Huw Moses taking over at prop.
The final round of matches will be played as a double-header next month.
