Narberth and Bargoed are champions of Admiral Championship West and East respectively after their victories at the weekend.
Meanwhile, Bargoed have done the double – seeing off Penallta 35-3 to add the East division title with three games to spare to their Championship Cup triumph. Dai Evans, Morgan Edwards, Mathew Lewis and two Ashley Norton tries saw the Bulls to victory with Josh Prosser adding the conversions.
It also now gives Bargoed an unassailable advantage at the top ahead of home fixtures against Treorchy on Wednesday night and Bedwas on Saturday, before finishing their league season with a trip to Rumney on 11 May.
Newbridge have successfully secured the fifth promotion spot into next season’s community Premiership after a thumping 68-19 win over already promoted Ystrad Rhondda in their final match.
Robbie Turley, Sam Watkins, Josh Thomas, Cian Jones (2), Matthew Davies, Ethan Evans, Matthew Jefferies, Luke Morgan and Iestyn Martin-Lloyd scored for Newbridge. Turley converted nine of the 10 tries.
Tom Foulkes, Josh Williams and Jordan Pritchard scored for Ystrad with Rhys Truelove sending over two conversions. It means Bargoed, Cardiff Met, Cross Keys, Ystrad Rhondda and Newbridge are the five promoted teams in the East.
Keys wrapped up their fixtures by edging Bedwas 24-23 with Dan Babos, Callum Hague and Tom Sullivan on the scoresheet. And after 19 defeats from the start of the season, Treorchy finally got their first win at the 20th time of asking as they beat Rumney 17-13.
With Narberth, Brecon, Llangennech and Bonymaen having already secured their promotion from the West Division, Newcastle Emlyn joined them – without even playing. That is after Dunvant were defeated 54-24 at home by Llangennech.
N08 Jordan Saunders led the way with a hat-trick for Llangennech. Louis Rees (2), Harrison Button, Osian Evans and a penalty try were their other try scorers. Steff Marshall kicked four conversions and Osian Evans two.
Bonymaen came from 25-5 down to win 31-25 at Ammanford in their final game. Nick Clancy grabbed the winning try with Scott Clancy, Andrew Pritchard and two tries from Garan Williams also on the scoresheet. Lawrence Thomas added the conversions.
