Leinster on top after ten try thriller
The Scarlets took the lead after just three minutes with an easy penalty from Ceiron Thomas, followed by a team try in the fourteenth minute. Going into the interval Leinster were trailing 15-10, after a converted Regan King try.
After the restart Leinster took the initiative and turned the game around and by the fifty-eight minute the sides were level. Tries from Kieran Lewis, Stephen Keogh and Jamie Heaslip saw Leinster take control of the game and Felipe Contepomi converted all four tries to increase the lead and burst through the five hundred-point barrier.
The Scarlets secured a late bonus point thanks to Dafydd James and Barry Davies who both crossed the line.
