Sixty boys were invited from U14 to U17 but unfortunately, six boys withdrew from injuries and illness at short notice before the weekend.

The activities were organised by John Williams of the Gwent Dragons assisted by Nigel Smith. Also, the Exiles had John Stamper, Huw Reeves, Paul Harrison, Sean Wright and Gareth Davies in attendance to assist as well as a Physio and Doctor.

On Saturday, Mostyn Richards, Terry Cobner , Billy Vivian and Wayne Pugh attended to assist with the selection process.

A most successful weekend was held and five U17s were selected to attend further trials with the Dragons as well as three U15 players.

The Welsh Exiles are grateful to the Principal of Hartpury College for allowing them the use of the wonderful facilities of the College, to the Gwent Dragons staff and Exile staff for for their commitment and professionalism over the weekend.
