The 25-year-old Davies, who began his career with Crymych before joining Cardiff Met where he studied Sports Education, will see a wecolme face at Clifton Lane as former Wales Sevens teammate Will Thomas has signed on for another season after a tough campaign in the Championship with the Titans finishing with seven straight defeats.

Davies has spent the last four seasons playing his club rugby for Llandovery where in his 65 appearances he has scored an impressive 19 tries.

Davies has also represented his region, having gained three caps for the Scarlets and has also played for Wales Students and Great Britain Students 7s.

Haverfordwest-born, Davies is an exciting addition to the Titans set-up and he will add stern competition for the scrum half’s jersey for the upcoming campaign.

Speaking ahead of his arrival at Clifton Lane, Davies explained, “I’m really looking forward to linking up with Rotherham Titans and the challenges that lie ahead.

“After speaking to Andy Key it sounds like an exciting time to be involved and the way he’s hoping to play the game will suit my style of play. I just can’t wait to get started and put in the hard work.”
