As the squad prepares for their clash against England at Twickenham, we are offering one supporter the chance to report from the Wales camp using Fan Cam.

The Fan Cam reporter will deliver the latest news for WRU TV from the National Centre of Excellence next Wednesday.

They will go behind the scenes, report from the official team announcement press conference, interview members of the squad, run the WRU twitter and instagram accounts and film an exclusive piece to camera as the squad train in preparation for their next RBS 6 Nations fixture.

“WRU TV Reporter competition” Competition Terms and Conditions

1. These are the terms and conditions governing the competition. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by them.

2. The promoter of the competition is The Welsh Rugby Union Limited (the “WRU”) whose registered office is at Millennium Stadium, Westgate Street, Cardiff CF10 1NS.

3. To enter the competition, simply visit the WRU’s Facebook or Twitter page and follow the entry instructions. The competition is free to enter and no purchase is required.

4. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.

5. If you are selected as the winner you will spend a day at the Welsh Rugby Union National Centre of Excellence (“NCE”) at the Vale of Glamorgan Hotel, Hensol CF72 8JY on Wednesday 5 March 2014 shadowing the WRU’s Media Manager Please note that due to confidentiality requirements and the nature of the Media Manager’s role, you may not be permitted access to all areas of the NCE and access to Welsh team players or coaching staff cannot be guaranteed.

6. You must be available to attend the NCE between 9am and 5pm on Wednesday 5 March 2014. In the event that you are unable to attend on this date and at this time no alternative prize shall be offered. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

7. The Competition will run from 5pm on 27 February 2014 until 11.59pm on 2 March 2014. Any entries received after this time will be deemed to be invalid.

8. Entrants to this competition must be resident in the UK. No employees of the WRU or their relatives, representatives or agents may enter the competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.

9. The winner will be drawn at random from all qualifying entries received by the closing date. The results of the draw shall be final and no correspondence or discussions will be entered into.

10. The winner will be notified by email, telephone (when entering via Facebook) or direct message to their Twitter or Facebook account by 5pm on Monday 3 March 2014. Please ensure that you check your email, Facebook and Twitter accounts to see if you are a winner. If the WRU has been unable to contact the winner by 5pm on Tuesday 4 March an alternate winner will be drawn at random from the qualifying entries. Please note that if you are selected as a winner you may be asked for proof of identification in order to claim your prize.

11. Details of the prize winners can be obtained by writing to WRU Competitions, Millennium Stadium, Westgate Street, Cardiff, CF10 1NS giving the name of the competition.

12. The prize does not include the cost of travel to the NCE, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by the winner.

13. All entrants agree that if they are selected as the winner they will take part in any promotional activity reasonably requested by the WRU and consent to the use of their name and country being supplied to other entrants in accordance with paragraph 11.

14. The WRU reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time or to postpone or reschedule the date the winner is due to attend the NCE. The WRU shall have no liability (other than for death or personal negligence caused by negligence or other liabilities that cannot, as a matter of law, be excluded) for any loss, damage, cost or expense, whether direct or indirect, caused to entrants in connection with the competition or the prize.

15. The winner must comply with any directions given by WRU staff and any NCE regulations at all times, failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave the premises. Cameras, mobile phones or any other photographic devices must be handed it at the NCE reception and can be reclaimed upon departure.

16. Entrants’ personal information will only be used in accordance with the WRU’s Privacy Notice.

17. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive discretion to decide any dispute arising under them.
