The only change in the backs sees Seb Stegmann return on the wing in place of Nick Scott.
In the forwards, Tom Bristow, Nathan Vella and Peter Edwards make up an all changed front row, replacing Alec Hepburn, Nathan Morris and Paddy Ryan.
In the back row, Richard Thorpe comes in at blindside flanker for Mitch Lees, while Carl Kirwan replaces USA Eagles flanker John Quill, who moves to the bench.
When the two sides met that the Kassam in November, Welsh came out on top 22-7 thanks to tries from Alex Davies, Seb Stegmann and Ollie Stedman.
