Below are the results of the WRU Disciplinary Panel meeting held on 16 February 2016.

Senio Aionio (Kidwelly RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Glamorgan Wanderers RFC on 16th January 2016. Seven (7) week suspension (5 weeks for the offence and a further 2 weeks for running in). Mr Aionio may resume playing the Game on 6th April 2016.
 
Joshua Waughington (Porth Harlequins RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Penarth RFC on 30th January 2016. Two (2) week suspension. Mr Waughington may resume playing the Game on 2nd March 2016.
 
Nicholas Morrisey (Hartridge RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Brynithel RFC on 30th January 2016.   Two (2) week suspension . Mr Morrisey may resume playing the Game on 2nd March 2016. 
 
Damien Evans (Brynithel RFC) sent off for kicking an opponent (Law 10.4.C) in the match against Hartridge RFC on 30th January 2016. Twelve (12) week suspension. Mr Evans may resume playing the Game for a period on 11th May 2016.
 
Nathanial James (Pyle RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Abercrave RFC on 30th January 2016.   Six (6) week suspension (5 weeks for the offence plus 1 week in relation to player’s previous disciplinary record). Mr James may resume playing the Game on 30th March 2016.
 
Ryan Thomas (Swansea RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Bargoed RFC on 30th January 2016.   Two (2) week supension. Mr Thomas may resume playing the Game on 1st March 2016 (personal hearing). 
 
Ashley Norton (Bargoed RFC) sent off for striking an opponent (Law 10.4.A) in the match against Swansea RFC on 30th January 2016.  Five (5) week suspension. Mr Norton may resume playing the Game on 23rd March 2016
 
Connor Walker (Nantymoel RFC) sent off for receiving two yellow cards in the match against Penlan RFC on 23rd January 2016.  Five (5) week suspension. Mr Walker may resume playing the Game on 23rd March 2016.
 
Ricardo Morgan (Nantymoel RFC) sent off for verbal abuse of match officials in the match against Penlan RFC on 23rd January 2016. Six (6) week suspension. Mr Morgan may resume playing the Game on 30th March 2016.
 
Gavin Heck (Tredegar Ironsides RFC) sent off for verbal abuse of match officials (Law 10.4.S/M) in the match against Rhymney RFC on 30th January 2016.  Six (6) week suspension. Mr Heck may resume playing the Game on 30th March 2016.
