We are delighted to announce that the technical issues we encountered have now been fixed and the new on sale date exclusively for members for the Wales v Japan fixture which will be played as part of the Under Armour Series 2016 at Principality Stadium has been confirmed.
Gold members will have access from 10am on the 26th, followed by Red and Scorch members at 3pm.
Japan made history by beating former Rugby World Cup champions South Africa in last autumn’s Rugby World Cup, and Wales’ Test against them next November will be the first on home soil since 2007. Wales will face Japan on Saturday 19th November with a 2.30pm kick off.
Please be advised the remaining games within the Under Armour Series will be on sale late August.

*£10 concession available against every Cat B ticket purchased.
To qualify for the Concession ticket you must be aged 16 and under on the day of the game.
In order to access the exclusive Supporters Club Member pre-sale you will need to access the WRU’s eticketing site using your existing account. Please do not set up a new account as this will not give you the correct privileges to access the priority sale.

By calling the WRU Ticket line on 0844 847 1881 (premium rates apply) – open 8am-8pm Monday to Friday & 8am-6pm on Saturday & Sunday.
In person at the WRU Ticket Office on Westgate Street.
Please ensure that you are familiar with the eticketing site and your log in details prior to the on sale date. If you have any questions or issues with your account please contact the WRU’s Customer Care Team (customercare@wru.co.uk) before the on sale time on the 26th May as this will allow for a smooth transaction on the day. Please do not set up a new account, as you will be unable to purchase on the day if you create a duplicate account without the correct privileges.
We envisage as with all sales that there will be a high demand and high volume of traffic on the eticketing site and is more than likely that a queuing system will be in operation. We ask that you bear with us at this busy time both online and on the phones. We will endeavour to reply and contact members as soon as we are able to do so.
Supporters are able to bring babies with them if they wish and if they are aged 12 months or below, a ticket will not be required.
Ticket Postage
The ‘Print at Home’ delivery option is not currently available for this fixture. Therefore, all tickets that are purchased during the members pre-sale and public sale will be sent by post. On purchasing tickets, supporters will be able to select 1 of the following options for delivery:
Standard first class postage – not signed for (£3.00 per transaction)
Special delivery – signature required on delivery (£6.00 per transaction)
Overseas delivery (outside of UK- £8.00 per transaction)
Please also note that seats will be able to be sourced by the Best Available and Overview function. Don’t forget as a Supporters Club member you will benefit from No Booking Fees, but P&P will still be applicable.
