The eight minute car journey to home of Division 1 West Central side Ystalyfera will be a real test for last season’s Division 3 West Central champions, who beat Cambrian Welfare 17-12 to win the SSESwalec Bowl.
The 2015 Plate winners, Ystrad Rhondda, will have home advantage in the first round when they host Dowlais. Ystrad beat Newcastle Emlyn 25-17 in the final at the Millennium Stadium last season to win the title.
Semi-finalists Penallta will also be at home, hosting Cwmbran, while Skewen, who also reached the last four, have received a bye.
