The Scarlets claimed the silverware having brushed aside the Blues, Ospreys and Dragons to lift the trophy.
The U18s competition is the first taste of representative rugby for the players at regional level. The championship provides exposure to over 100 girls from across Wales to represent their region.
The regional programme then links with an East vs. West game on 13th April where girls will be identified to enter the national Sevens and 15s development programmes.
This year full Wales squad members Hannah Jones and Ellie Norket are a couple of girls who have played in the competition alongside 7s and 15s Wales duties.
The 7s programme runs throughout the summer with the girls from U18s representing the country at UK School Games, where Wales are the current holders of this trophy.
