Welsh rugby history was made this week when Shane Williams became the first ever Wales player to be voted the International Rugby Board World Player of the Year.
We hear from Shane, previous winner Bryan Habana and Welsh rugby legends Ieuan Evans and Scott Quinnell. We also look forward to the Wales v Australia game in the Invesco Perpetual Series with coach Warren Gatland, centre Tom Shanklin and prop Gethin Jenkins.
Meanwhile there was a parade of the Beijing Olympians and Paralympians during the All Blacks game, we hear from cyclist Geraint Thomas and swimmers David Roberts and David Davies.
