Builth Wells now lie one point behind the leaders with a game in hand after they ran in six tires to beat Bridgend Athletic 33-0.

Gorseinon look to be running out of time at the bottom of the table after they slipped to a 27-15 defeat to Ammanford. Penclawdd are the only side that can be caught at the bottom, they failed to capitalise on Gorseinon’s slip, falling to 33-17 reverse at Pencoed.

Pontyberem left it late to seal a thrilling 35-31 win over Cardigan, which saw each side claim a try bonus point.

The result leaves them nine points clear of Aberystwyth, who were able to clinch a 23-13 win away to Llanelli Wanderers.
Crymych racked up the biggest score of the day, running in a stunning 17 tries on their way to a 103-14 win over beleaguered bottom-side Tumble.

James Peplow grabbed two tries as Aberavon Quins consolidated their position at the top of Division Three South West with a 22-3 win over Nantyffyllon.

They now lie 11 points ahead of Glynneath, who won 16-14 at home to Skewen, with just three games remaining.
Brynamman took advantage of the fact leaders Llandeilo weren’t playing this weekend with a bonus-point 35-25 win over Trimsaran in Division Four West.

Two tries from Craig Thomas moved Brynoch closer to the Division Four South West title with a 34-19 win over Vardre. Brynoch had eight points deducted earlier in the season but still hold a nine-point leader over nearest rivals Brynamman.
