There are two changes to the squad that lost to England last week, with Kath Lenaghan replacing the injured Claire Horgan in the front row and Hayley Baxter returning to the wing with Louise Rickard reverting to Centre with Lowri Jones on the bench.
Captained by 22-year-old Mel Berry, the young squad will be hoping for their second win of this Six Nations Campaign with the possibility of finishing third – Wales’ highest ever finish.
Spain have won two lost two in the tournament to date, beating both Scotland and Ireland by one point. Wales also beat Ireland by one point in Limerick in the second round 13-14. Last year Wales beat Spain 34-0 at the Cardiff Arms Park.
