Coach John Connolly sticks with the side that overcame Caerphilly 46-21 in the Principality Cup in their last outing on February 8.
Jonathan Thomas will wear the skipper’s armband. He returns to club action following a spell with Wales Under-21.
Under-21 teammates Gareth Swales, Jon Vaughton and Gavin Henson have also been selected.
Their call-ups mean club captain Darren Morris and Sam Cordingley will warm the bench.
But they will face the Steelmen without their international quartet of Kevin Morgan, Mark Taylor, Ben Evans and Colin Charvis who will remain with the Wales training party.
Ebbw Vale who have just three wins from nine games, will be looking to arrest their slide to the foot of the table.
Their last match was a narrow 31-28 to Caerphilly on February 19.
This is the third meeting between the two this season, so far the honours are even.
The Steelmen recorded a 16-13 win over Swansea at Eugene Cross Park earlier in the Welsh Premiership, but the Whites gained revenge with a 33-20 Celtic League victory at St Helen’s in October.
