Over in One West, Felinfoel sent out a strong message to the rest of the league as they hammered nearest challengers Gowerton 50-7 to open a seven-gap lead at the top.

The only game in One East Central saw Dinas Powys edge to an 18-11 win over Gilfach Goch.

A Rhodri Phillips try, a penalty try and two John Dunleavy penalties steered Powys to victory.
