Llandovery extended their lead at the top of the Principality premiership by defeating Bedwas 16-12 at Church Bank. Centre Adam Warren got over for the home side to score the only try of the game. James Garland kicked the remainder of Llandovery’s points.
Carmarthen Harlequins came back from a 12 point deficit at half time to defeat Bridgend 34-17. Centre Alex Pickersgill, hooker Rich Wilks and winger Rhys Thomas were among the try scorers for Carmarthen. The win moves Quins up to third in the division.
