Daley dives in for Wanderers

For the visit of Gilfach (weather permitting), Glamorgan Wanderers make three changes to the starting line up that lost to Cardiff in the SWALEC Cup two weeks ago.

Daley, who impressed in that game as a sub, gets his first start at full back and he is joined in the backs bay Elliot Jones who starts his first 1st XV game of the season after a long injury layoff.

Up front James Ciaburro comes into the second row after some gritty performances for the dev Squad. On the bench Rhys Jenkins a real future front row prospect joins the squad.

“Hopefully we’ll have a dry day to let our backs loose over the firm ground” commented Chris Ower Wanderers head coach. “Gilfach will look to tie us down and wear us down we mustn’t allow that” he added.

“The game may have been abandoned earlier in the season but we know that Gilfach are playing really well and it will be tough for us to get back to winning ways” said manager Gavin Walker.
