More than 13,000 fans turned up to support Head Coach Warren Gatland’s squad as they prepare of their RBS 6 Nations third round clash against England on Saturday 25 February.
Following two thrilling Welsh wins on the bounce against Ireland in Dublin (21-23) and Scotland (27-13) at home, Wales’ fans will be hoping for Triple Crown Glory at Twickenham.
At the Millennium Stadium today, Wales captain Sam Warburton and wing George North paid tribute to the thousands of fans that turned up to show their support ahead of the upcoming fixtures.
“We have the best fans in the world,” said Warburton. While George North reflected on the bumper crowd that supported Wales to victory against Scotland last weekend: “The support that we have is amazing and the atmosphere last weekend was awesome. When we’re out there on the pitch with the roof closed, it’s the best place to be.”

For those who have already got their tickets for the Six Nations, the WRU have announced that Wales will play the Barbarians in Cardiff on Saturday 2 June. Wales will be all out to avenge their 28-31 defeat in the same fixture last year and tickets are on sale now at £25 for adults and £10 for juniors under the age of 16.
