The club are looking to get more youngsters involved in what is one of the best community clubs in the district. The club are inviting players, parents and volunteers to come along and join in with the club as part of the initiative’s aim of increasing the numbers of people involved in sport.
The day will start at 2pm with a junior coaching session for those aged from 8-15 with the option of signing up to the club available afterwards. A wealth of the club’s memorabilia will be on show and there will also be a visit from some members of the Ospreys squad.
Juniors and infants will be able to take part in a mini Olympic competition, a challenge of ball through the mouth, welly throwing and an assault course for the older age group.
There will also be a BBQ and snacks and cold drinks available all day with a musical performance from local group Dau-cast beginning at 5pm.
