The benefit of playing Connacht last week will mean Keys will know what to expect from their hosts this time around.

They know it will be tough going against The Eagles on their own patch where a large crowd could attend due to the first XV of Connacht being in Heineken Cup action in the south of France versus Biarritz.

The Keys have announced the team that will take on Connacht Eagles on Saturday. The Keys are without at least 12 players due to injury so are grateful to the Dragons who have assisted Keys by providing a number of academy youngsters for the trip together with Steffan Jones who once again starts at 10.

The academy players who could make they’re debuts for Keys are centre Will Owen, back row man Josh Skinner and back Angus O’Brien. Johnny Lewis could also return for Keys as he is named on the bench following a spell on the sidelines with a broken hand.

Cross Keys 15 Gareth David 14 Dorian Jones 13 Leon Andrews 12 Will Owen 11 Luke Williams 10 Steffan Jones 9 Ryan James 1 Richard Cornock 2 Garry Horrigan 3 Anthony Lott 4 Danny Hodge 5 Sean Higgins 6 Rob Nash (Capt) 7 Scott Matthews 8 Tom Lampard

Replacements: James Johnstone, Gerwyn Price, Jamie Sollis, Josh Skinner, Dean Gunter, Angus O’Brien, Jonathan Lewis.
