The leaders have won all four of their league fixtures this season and will have big aspirations for the rest of the season.   Ammanford claimed a routine 22-5 win over the so far winless Dunvant, whilst Kenfig Hill thrashed a young  Brynamman side 56-0. Kenfig’s Aaron Grabham caused Brynamman problems all afternoon and scored four tries in the process.

Second place Bonymaen kept up the pressure on Skewen with a 22-13 win over Nantyffyllon and Tondu secured their first win of the season against Waunarlwydd.  In the Division One East division, the so far undefeated Newbridge had their clash with Brynmawr abandoned after just 20 minutes as the referee deemed the pitch to be unplayable.

Nelson moved up into third place with a 20-7 win over Dowlais. The sole Dowlais try came from Morgan Thomas but execution was the main problem for his side who could not convert their regular opportunities into valuable points.

Pontypool United scored points for fun as they beat Blaenavon 53-10 to claim their second win of the season. The only other game in the division saw Senghenydd claim a tight victory over Risca by the tender margin of six points.

Llangennech continue to lead Division One West with a 33-16 win over Gowerton. Jordan Saunders scored a hat-trick and there were also tries from Greg George and Liam Hutchings.

Newcastle Emlyn also kept up their undefeated start to the season with a 40-6 victory over Gorseinon, Felinfoel made it three out of three with a 55-3 win against Pembroke and Crymych recorded a heft 50-7 win over the so far pointless Penclawdd.

The tightest game in the West was Yr Hendy’s 22-15 win over Whitland.  In the Division One North, Llandudno maintained their 100 per cent winning start to season with a narrow 32-24 win over Caernarfon. Pwllheli lost a tight game to Ruthin by just two points.

Bala claimed their third successive league victory with a heavy 61-5 win over Dinbych who have now lost four of their five games.   There were comfortable wins for Llangefni and Nant Conwy over bottom placed Bro Ffestiniog and and Bethesda respectively.
