The Drovers point scoring maching is on course to become the first double centurion of the campaign, but will he run out of games to get there?
Ebbw Vale fly half Evan Lloyd was the early pacesetter on the points scoring charts, but he has been overtaken by events as Llandovery have risen through the ranks to reach top spot, knocking Cardiff off their perch.
Lloyd now shares second place in the rankings alongside RGC’s Dion Jones with 151 points apiece, although Jones and Cardiff talisman Dan Fish share the vest sucess rate with 79% each.
Cardiff winger Dewi Cross continues to lead the way on the try scoring front with 17 tries in the league. Llandovery’s Aaron Warren is his nearest challenger with 10 tries.
Results may have been hard to come by for Pontypridd this season, but Sion Parry deserves a huge pat on the back. He has made 200 tackles in defence while Swansea’s Callum Bowden looks set to be next through the double century barrier, as he is only three behind with 197.
With games coming thick and fast now as the jostling for a top four spot intensifies, there no doubt there is a number of categories could change before the season concludes.
