Of the 15 Premier sides left, Newbridge and Caerphilly will have the toughest tasks with Newbridge going to Banwen, where the Silver Ball holders will be a tough nut for Newbridge to crack. Caerphilly travel to Beddau where player/coach Brett Davey and his team hope to carry their good league form to the cup.

With Ebbw Vale out, Glamorgan Wanderers travel to Five Fields to take on Carmarthen Athletic, while over the hedge, the Quins will take on Pontyberem. Division One leaders Whitland meet the bright young Pontypridd side and Maesteg go to Swansea without former Lion Allan Bateman.

Smaller clubs travel to meet premier opponents in the ties at Bridgend, Cross Keys, Llandovery, Neath and Pontypool, while there will be tricky trips for Aberavon at Vardre, Bedwas at Cwmllynfell, Newport at Pontycymmer and Llanelli at Bedlinog. The latter club from Division Four South-East are the lowest league side remaining.
