England Coach Andy Robinson made a late change to his team on Friday, bringing in Sale Sharks backrower Chris Jones for the injured Lewis Moody, but Ruddock said he was expecting the move. “We’ve been planning for a change there since Moody hurt his hamstring, so this hasn’t come as a surprise.”
Wales backrower Martyn Williams, coming in for the injured Colin Charvis, will earn his fiftieth cap on Saturday, while bench player John Yapp will make his Test debut if he joins the fray during the game. With rain predicted, the Millennium Stadium roof will be closed for the big game.
