On the rugby side we speak to Wales internationals Dan Lydiate, Robin Sowden-Taylor, John Yapp and Paul James. We also look into the Principality Premiership and hear from Chris Owers, coach of Glamorgan Wanderers, Cerith Rees, Llandovery outside half, and Pontypool coach James Chapman.
