Professional Rugby Board

The Professional Rugby Board is a gathering of representatives from each of the five professional entities in Welsh rugby: Cardiff Rugby, Dragons, Ospreys, Scarlets and the WRU, its members share equal responsibility for the professional game.

The PRB comprises representatives from each of the five professional entities in Welsh rugby and consists of the four regional representatives, Richard Holland (Cardiff Rugby), David Wright (Dragons RFC), Lance Bradley (Ospreys) and Simon Muderack (Scarlets), WRU CEO Abi Tierney, WRU  finance director Leighton Daves and two independent members – Malcolm Wall, who is chair, and Marianne Økland.

Gareth Lewis (WRPA) and Jon Daniels (RMB Chair) will also be observers with no voting powers
