Dan Lydiate has hailed Welsh fans as the best in the world as he, along with his team mates, prepare to train in front of thousands of rugby-mad supporters at the Millennium Stadium on Monday.

The Millenium Stadium is opening its doors for a free-to-enter Wales training session with gates opening at 1pm for a 2pm start . With around 6,000 fans expected to flock to the stadium, Lydiate is looking forward to the occasion.

“Hopefully a lot of fans will turn up to see what we get up to during the week as we prepare for a match. I’m sure the fans will enjoy it as much as we will,” said the Dragons flanker.
