Assistant coach Dan Cottrell is confident Wales can get their Women’s World Cup campaign up and running with a victory over South Africa in their second pool game tomorrow at Guildford.

Wales have made four changes to the side which lost 26-12 to Australia on Friday.

Winger Caryl James and centre Ceri Redman replace Elen Evans and Clare Flowers respectively in the backs while Caryl Thomas comes in for the suspended Jennifer Davies at prop while hooker Lowri Harries gets the nod ahead of Rhian Bowden after scoring on her debut in the opening game of the tournament.
