Volunteer Recognistion Survey T+C’s

The Welsh Rugby Union Limited (registered company no. 03419514) of Principality Stadium, Westgate Street, Cardiff CF10 5AU (“WRU” or “Promoter”) is the promoter of this prize draw. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all persons who elect to enter the prize draw promotion by completing and submitting the volunteer survey before the stipulated closing deadline will be entered into a free prize draw (the “Competition”) to win one (1) to win one (1) Love2Shop Voucher having a total value of £100.00 (one hundred Pounds) (the “Prize”).

1. This Competition is open to anyone aged at least eighteen (18) years who is a resident in the United Kingdom, excluding employees of the Promoter or any of its affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
2. The volunteer survey must be completed and validly submitted by the specified deadline (such deadline as shall be determined by the WRU at its sole discretion). One volunteer will be deemed to be successful and will receive the Prize. The e-mail address and/or telephone number(s) provided by any person when completing and validly submitting the volunteer survey will be used for the purposes of contacting the eventual winner of the Competition.
3. Any instructions provided in any submitted volunteer survey forms part of the Terms and Conditions of the Competition, but in the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence. Entries not complying with these Terms and Conditions will be invalid.
4. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize you may win. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Competition. The Promoter will not accept Competition entries that are automatically generated by computer or completed by third parties or in bulk. There is a limit of one (1) Competition entry per person.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before 12:00hrs (UK time) on 1st December 2021 (or earlier, at the discretion of the Promoter). The winner will be notified within seven (7) days of being chosen, by email or phone call following the Competition closing time. In the event that any winner fails to respond to the Promoter to confirm its acceptance of the Prize within a reasonable period of time (as shall be determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion), the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to forfeit the Prize or select an alternative winner from the Competition.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to request valid proof of identification (as determined in its sole discretion) from the winner prior to collection of the Prize. The Promoter will not be responsible for any inability of a winner to take up the specified Prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to provide substitute prize(s) of similar value in the event that the specified Prize is unavailable for reasons beyond its control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered in any circumstances and the Prize is not transferable for any alternative benefit.
10. The Promoter assumes no responsibility and is not liable for any costs, charges or expenses which the winner may be required to pay at any time in connection with a Prize.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with the Competition and in entering the Competition, entrants agree to their name being made publicly available if they win.
12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed entries, or lost or delayed notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the Prize, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
13. The Promoter will not accept proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Competition.
14. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to end the competition and choose a winner prior to the stipulated closing time. By continuing to take part in the Competition subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, partners, employees, agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with the Competition or the winner(s) use or acceptance of the Prize or any portion thereof save where such is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its affiliates, partners, employees, agents or distributors.
17. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid by a court of law or similar, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
18. The Promoter is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy of which can be found here: https://www.wru.wales/legal/legal-and-privacy/. By entering into the Competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the Competition.
19. This Competition is governed by the laws of England and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
20. Multiple entries to the competition the Competition made by the same entrant shall be ineligible.
