Women’s and Girls’ Volunteering

Volunteers really are the heart of our game.

Volunteering in rugby goes beyond the coaches and referees. We have opportunities for everyone to get involved in a range of activities and roles which are essential to our game.

These are a variety of training workshops and professional development opportunities that are designed to develop awareness of appropriate coaching and volunteering across the female game, as well as opportunities for females to develop their skills and expertise across all rugby.
