Montferrend centre Gerald Merceron leads the way in the Six nations scoring tables after round 2. He has bagged eleven penalties, three conversions and one drop-goal, giving him 42 points. Llanelli favourite Stephen Jones is tied with Irish fly half David Humphries in second place with 28points.
With three rounds still to play it’s anyone’s race in the try scoring table…the English are currently leading the way. Of the 28 tries scored in the tournament, seven have come from the men in white.
