Llanelli entertain Newport at Stradey Park (KO 2:30pm) hoping to extend their unbeaten home record. Newport showed signs of improvement away at Pontypridd last week and with several exiles in their ranks it could be a close encounter.
U16 regional rugby makes its debut with South West Wales meeting West Wales at the Neath Sports Ground and East Wales taking on Central Wales at St Josephs, both games kicking off at 2:30pm.
This next tier of domestic rugby is aimed at allowing the more experienced players the opportunity to play both with and against each other in this new monthly tournament.
