Glasgow will meet Connacht in Pool B (7.30) with both sides assured of a quarter-final spot.
The seventh and final round of the Celtic League throws up interesting battles, with none bigger than the Pontypridd -Cardiff match at Sardis Road on Saturday (5.30).
Cardiff have not lost for five seasons at home or away to Ponty and have. Both sides should be near full strength for an enthralling encounter. The winner is likely to have a home quarter-final to follow.
Ebbw Vale go to Swansea in hope, but have never won there in cup or league rugby, having lost all 10 matches at St. Helens.
Swansea v Ebbw Vale, and Newport, without a win this season, against Borders and Bridgend, at home to holders Leinster, all kick-off at 2.30pm on Saturday.
