Speak Of The Devil And He May Appear

Speak of the devil and Wales may appear.
Welsh rugby captain Colin Charvis says his new look team is here to stay – and if it’s a bit of devilry on the pitch that will put them back at the top then so be it.
Charvis has called for his team-mates to show their dark side if they are to put in a performance in the Autumn internationals that will Culminate in victory over the All Blacks.

And he is ready to dust off the cob-webs of the past and dispel the ghosts of bygone eras
when Wales face Fiji, Canada and then New Zealand at the Millennium Stadium this November.
‘Many great teams have shown that the right level of drive and desire is half the
battle to victory,’ said Charvis.
‘The great Wales teams of old had a bit of the devil about them, as do teams like New Zealand and England now.
‘They play at the top of their game whenever they take to the field, they take no
prisoners and do everything on the physical edge.
‘And it’s that edge which we need to achieve. I’m not talking about foul play or anything nasty, just good hard physical commitment to the
cause.
‘We have a good mix in the current squad and we would all like to think we can be the players to take Wales all the way through to the Rugby World Cup in the summer. All we need is to be focused, dynamic, hard-nosed and unforgiving every time we take to the pitch.’
