Rumney and Aberavon will be battling it out on Friday night (15th) at Riverside Park, where the mud may well be a leveller between the clubs second from the top and second from the bottom of the table.

There will be seven matches hoping to play on Saturday afternoon (Nov 16) with a few of those opting for 2.00pm starts and the others at 2.30pm.

Carmarthen Quins fly half Giles Thomas, a West Wales fire officer, is on the brink of 1,000 league points and having started scoring against Glamorgan Wanderers, he hopes the same opponents will help him reach the target.

Whitland hope to return to winning ways against Bedwas, who are a good side away from home, and Bonymaen would like Parc Mawr to again be a fortress as they entertain Tredegar and Treorchy will be hoping for a second win of the season when they play Tondu at The Oval.

Narberth have dropped from first place dramatically with five straight losses and must hope to halt that slide against Llanharan, who have suddenly run into form under new coach Dennis John.

Beddau take on Cross Keys and Blackwood have New Zealander Dan Sinclair in their 15 to face Llandovery, while the final match between Newbridge and Pontypool will be played at the Welfare Ground on Sunday at 2.30pm.
