Jones Signs For Pontypridd

Pontypridd have signed promising young prop Martin Jones from Ebbw Vale.
Jones, 23, will replace England tourist Duncan Bell who has already agreed to join Bath next season.
The former Wales Under-21 forward had been linked with Cardiff before they signed Wales prop Ben Evans from Swansea.
“I have always been a fan of Pontypridd and in my heart of hearts I always knew I would join them,” said Jones.
“With Duncan Bell leaving there is an opportunity for me to prove myself – it’s a very exciting time for me and for Welsh rugby.
“With the talent we have on paper at Pontypridd and Bridgend we should be able to make a big impact next season.”
